Served as the sole developer driving the end-to-end architecture and launch of the Rentt.app property technology platform. Engineered a high-performance NestJS backend paired with React web portals and cross-platform React Native apps for multi-tenant property management. Integrated secure payment streams, automated verification logic, and Redis caching layers to optimize query performance.

Promoted through four technical roles to CTO. Led the complete architectural migration of the core B2B2C gaming monolith into an event-driven NestJS microservices architecture. Single-handedly engineered a multi-cloud Kubernetes deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP, DigitalOcean) with Horizontal Pod Autoscaling (HPA) to securely scale transactional throughput to 50,000 concurrent bets per minute with zero data discrepancies.

Functioned as the founding and sole backend engineer building the server-side infrastructure for a community-driven mobile platform from scratch using NestJS. Designed a real-time messaging and notifications pipeline leveraging Socket.IO and a Redis pub/sub cluster, while deploying optimized MongoDB schemas to drastically drop latency for high-frequency matching queries.

Built out cross-functional healthcare web dashboards and mobile learning management platforms using React and React Native within a strict Scrum methodology. Designed and launched patient data workflows, staff management panels, and responsive portals that enhanced user retention and digital healthcare tracking.

Acted as the sole contractor responsible for architecting, packaging, and launching three independent native applications (Customer, Rider, Vendor) on iOS and Android. Developed reusable API and UI component libraries published directly to npm, integrated real-time tracking/payment gateways, and deployed a remote Over-the-Air (OTA) hotfix system.

Architected full-stack enterprise solutions utilizing React, Node.js, and relational/NoSQL databases. Designed secure authentication models via JWT/OAuth, integrated high-stakes external payment infrastructures, and configured automated testing workflows (Jest) inside CI/CD pipelines to guarantee bug-free deployments.
